Intentional Aggressive Driving

This is a new traffic pattern along Church Road in Upper Marlboro MD, where the county installed a shoulder bike lane that ends with no realistic transition point at a traffic Circle. This is a two-lane lightly traveled road. However, this motorist was clearly irritated at the site of bicycles in the right lane that he made it a point to hold his lane versus yield the right of way to the cyclists and get into the left lane so that all road users can proceed on with travel, safely.
