Ignorant Shunt on Lorimer Street

Guy driving a van did give way to his left when pulling out of a driveway on the opposite side of the road (turning right). Then there were no left turn indicators to inform fellow drivers/ cyclists he was pulling over to the left. Seriously.... NFI.
