Completely Unaware

I was riding S on SE 52nd when a vehicle approaching WB on SE Knight turned in front of me. They stayed out of the bike lane (for the most part). As I was approaching the rear of the vehicle, they decided they wanted to turn WB. Completely unaware I was there. I think they must have seen me in the mirror after cutting me off because they did eventually turn on their signal.
