Near the end of a 100K ride and had a close call with this work truck. As he passes, you can see him ride on top of the white line in front of me. The only way I can interpret this is the driver wants me to stay off the road. In my opinion, this is a punishment pass. The side mirror came very close to my shoulder. Very unnerving after being struck by a hit-and-run driver in October 2021 who was driving 55 MPH. Only been back on the bike for a month, but this makes me really nervous.
