Aggressive Dog Will Attack Cyclists

Two separate dates with two attacks by same dog. Had to defend myself with Halt II (Dog) pepper spray. This dog has attacked on two other rides before I carried pepper spray and it almost bit me. The loose dog has been reported to authorities but the owner has taken no action to contain the dog. Other cyclists should be aware of the animal. I listen to music when I ride solo and that is what is playing in the video. This pepper spray is designed to deter dog attacks and is carried by the U.S. Postal Service. Animals are not harmed.
