It's raining, the driver doesn't even notice there is a blind left hand corner in front and starts to overtake me on narrow lane. An oncoming car comes round the corner and the blue car still does not react immediately. Asleep ? when blue car realises there is an oncoming cor pulls in towards me, potentially sandwiching me between hedge and car. Frightening.
