AY58DVW (Assured Landscapes ltd) Nothing else on the road

I was cycling along Grouse Road on my own with nothing on the road. I had no indication the truck was going to be so close and fast.
I emailed the Managing Director (Russell Eales) of Assured Landscapes and he insured it would be dealt with in house.
What else could I do?.
