Bad pass with oncoming traffic

Van overtook me to close, I could hear them coming up behind me fast so that’s why I have to swerve out the way. He passes me to close (if I didn’t swerve, I’d probably have been hit) & into oncoming traffic to. If they’d waited 5 more seconds, they have plenty space to get by.
