Blind curve

Driver uses oncoming lane to pass ascending cyclists into a blind curve while two descending cyclists were approaching. A sign reading, "Do not pass bikes on blind curves" was present at the incident location, visible to the driver. Similar signs are found at numerous other locations on the mountain road.
