Several Cars pass within the 1.5mtr Safe Space but the BMW X2 was the closest and at the point he came passed me there was nothing on the opposite side of the road meaning he could have safely gone by. This was the 1st of 2 Close Passes within 40 seconds, the 2nd being a School Bus.
