This motorist seemingly intentional, got as close as they possibly could. There was nothing in the oncoming lane inhibiting this driver from giving me 3-feet for a safe pass. As you see the other two drivers passed me safely. There needs to be a process in place where these videos can fine these unsafe motorists.
