Close Call on Commonage

My wife and I were cycling south on Commonage Road at 9:19am. The vehicle was third in a line of vehicles behind us, and while the first 2 vehicles showed due care, attention and passed us safely, the driver of the third vehicle passed us dangerously with an oncoming vehicle and came within well within the required 1.5m of us.
