Close pass by Fuller Electric van

Fuller Electric van was behind me at the stop light and had plenty of time to see me, then passed within a couple of feet. Close passes occur frequently on this stretch of Waring Road. Drivers get pretty aggro and the lane width encourages cars to squeeze by without changing lanes. (Note that video timestamp is off due to daylight savings.).
