Close Pass White Jeep Minnesota MN6960AB

Riding along, minding my own business, no oncoming traffic and this jeep came by and passed me too close when there was room to pass.  In MN, if you can safely do so, you can pass a cyclist by crossing double yellow lines.  From this I have to conclude that the close pass was intentional.
