Close pass at speed with oncoming traffic. Reported to Police. No action taken. Police commended driver for ‘threading the needle’ successfully!!!! Sent to Commissioners office for review. Reviewed by original police. No action. Police integrity agreed with original decision. No mention of driver needing to slow down. This is what we are up against.
