Dangerous Dragon Taxi Driver, Cardiff

On my way home after dropping my kids at school. After they go around a double parked van, this driver overtakes me with centimetres space between us, putting me, a cyclist on the other side of the road, and other drivers at great risk. Will be reporting this to the taxi company as well.
