Dangerous overtaking with oncoming traffic

On June 14, 2025, at 4:26 p.m., I was cycling outside a built-up area, on 13 Rue de la Vallée Jean le Loup, 78910 Orgerus, when I was overtaken by a vehicle in an extremely dangerous manner. The car, registered DB-582-RB, passed me at a very short distance, in violation of the legal requirement to leave at least 1.5 meters between a cyclist and a vehicle when overtaking outside built-up areas (Article R414-4 of the French Highway Code).

The overtaking occurred while another vehicle was approaching from the opposite direction, leaving no safety margin whatsoever. This behavior placed me in immediate danger, with a serious risk of collision or falling.
