D&G bus close pass

Cycling in Staffordshire, just through Cheadle, and the bus decided to close pass me... and REALLY close pass my husband (who you can hear, rather than see!), instead of waiting. This was an uphill winding road, fairly busy, with no overtake lines down the centre.

We contacted the bus company, who did not respond.
