Riding with a friend eastbound on Gunston Road, Lorton, Virginia. Passed the entrance to Mason Neck State Park when a driver in a white Ford Expedition, 65329D Virginia plate, was within three feet while passing me to return to the lane. There was no oncoming traffic, and state law requires passing three feet or more. I could not provide.
