Impatient Range Rover driver dangerously undertaking garbage truck

The voice over in the video explains it pretty well - good thing my spider senses were tingling, and I held back. The driver was clearly frustrated at being held up for a few seconds behind a garbage truck, so she swung into the parking/bike lane to go around the truck on the left - except she forgot I was already in that lane. Thank goodness I anticipated that stupid move.
