Impatient, Unnecessary, Slightly Illegal…

There is a white GMC SUV that appears from behind a small sedan and proceeds to pass the cyclists from the left turning lane. The SUV then speeds past the cyclists in the left turning lane and makes a double lane change to the right, then fails to stop and the red stop light before turning right.
Strava speed and GoPro speeds differ...GoPro is accurate and the cyclists were not holding up traffic (speed limit is 30 mph). We were moving at 24/25 mph.
