Inconsiderate OR Downright Psychopathic?

About three weeks ago, whilst riding back to Nicholson from Metung, along the Swan Reach - Bruthen Road, I heard a vehicle approaching from behind. As it neared I moved left to be pretty much on the edge of the road. The cretin in the Ford Territory passed within about 20cms (NOT including the mirror) of me. As you can see visibility was not an issue because the red vehicle behind the silver car is already well out from the edge when he sees me and passed virtually on the opposite side of the road. Ergo the Territory driver is either the dumbest shit in Gippsland OR he did it deliberately. NB: the date/time had not been updated at the time of the incident.
