Jeep driver doesn’t know what right of way means

The driver of the Jeep left the gas station, pulling through the shoulder and hanging his bumper into the lane of traffic. When I went around him, ensuring traffic in the lane wasn't going to run me over, he honked at me like I was blocking him; yelling various obscenities.
