Lorry poor overtake leads to extreme close pass

I was Cycling along at a reasonable spped due to a heading downhill when large HGV tried to pass me, however, driver failed to notice another large HGV coming in the opposite direction. Leading to the driver of the first HGV squeezing me and my bicycle upgainst the kerb and very nearly ended with me under the wheels of the lorry trailer.
