No patience Kilkenny driver

A driver couldn't wait a few extra seconds to overtake a cyclist. Instead deciding to do so on uphill on a blind bend which is already a dangerous spot. A few seconds more wouldn't have killed him / her but could have killed someone coming in the opposite direction. This is on Killarney bridge between Thomastown and Bennettsbridge.
