Roundabout way of not yielding

Subaru Legacy (Missouri plate BA6 F9D) couldn't be bothered to yield at Manchester/Taylor Rd roundabout in Wildwood, Missouri. Though not apparent in the video, I could see that the driver was not looking for traffic and anticipated that he was going to pull out, avoiding a collision. This happens frequently in Wildwood's roundabouts.
