Silly pedestrian followed by failed aggressive overtake

The morning commute - sheesh. A pedestrian who doesn't notice or care about oncoming traffic and is not in the crosswalk 15ft prior (that he was walking away from) - then an aggressive driver (36 309 79 - White Dacia) tries to overtake me on the downhill nearly slamming into the drivers in the turn lane.

At least that person got to the red light before me :/

I will try to find the rear camera footage again later.
