Skeeter’s lost a potential customer today

Headed North on Hoagland Blvd. Driver of Skeeter's Outdoor Service tractor trailer believes it is okay to pull out in front of a bicycle because I was in the bicycle lane and I was too slow. It appears that he thought it would be funny to block both lanes. Funnier thing, I caught him at the next traffic light a mile down the road and passed him. I got through with the next green, he didn't.
