18:56 29/05/2020 on the B4541 heading up to Dunstable downs just past White Rock Cottage the male driver (total 4 occupants) of Blue Cross VX16 GUU passes exceptionally close in an impatient pass where vehicles on the opposite side are coming down the hill.
