VIA San Antonio winning new patrons

San Antonio, Texas has a safe passing ordinance requiring large vehicles provide 6 feet of space to vulnerable road users. You can clearly see in the video the VIA bus driver is nearly 100% within the same lane as the cyclist in view. That isn't giving 6 feet of clearance.
