40+ MPH Descent Close Call

In the middle of a 40+ MPH downhill sprint a large pickup truck pulls out from a blind driveway. There wasn't enough distance available to brake safely and I could see that there were no cars approaching, so I had to swerve into the opposing lane to get around the car and then quickly moved back into my lane.
