Angry Driver Close Pass to save 2 seconds

As seen in the video, the shoulder literally stops and forces riders into the road for a section here near an onramp/offramp that connects drivers to a nearby highway. Rather than waiting a moment for me to get back into the shoulder when it is safe. This driver blares his horn, yells at me, and passes within a dozen centimeters at about 60km/h. According to Garmin, I was travelling 42km/h at the time.
