Close pass at great speed

The Volvo driver passed my husband (in front) and I at great speed. It gave neither him or I much room and as you slow the film, you can see a Mercedes on the other side of the road having to adjust to make sure the driver doesn’t go into them. It’s a 30 road and the driver continues at great speed.
