Dangerous Driver

We were cycling easterly along Reedgate Lane when a black mini coming and being driven too fast the other way caused us to take avoiding action and I fell off my bike into the verge avoiding a collision with the cyclist in front. No one was injured but I was quite shocked by the incident.
