Fail to Give Way To Pedestrians

On 3rd December 2021, at 9.54pm, my friends and I were about to cross a pedestrian crossing.

A vehicle bearing the plate SKS1993Y intentionally refused to give way and crossed without giving way to pedestrians even though we had the right of way.

No remorse, no apologies.
