Illegally overtake stationery traffic to turn left

As I am undertaking a stationary car, the driver behind us decided to overtake the car waiting in line and to turn left. Almost hitting me.
The car was behind me driving towards the stopped line of traffic so there is no way she did not see me with my high visible clothing and lights on full, good job I looked before I moved of this would of been a collision.
