Impatient pass by dirty Fiat

Approaching a junction, a Landrover passes me closely followed by a Fiat which then cuts in front of me and brakes hard. I'm then immediately alongside so what was the point!
Both the Landrover and Fiat overtake me across no overtake lines.
The Fiat is filthy! Get a wash!.
