I was cycling down Watling Street and moved onto the mini roundabout. There was no traffic indicating or turning from my right, I therefore considered it safe to proceed with priority on the roundabout. After I had entered the roundabout, a car approached the roundabout to my left from Theobald Street. Vehicle approached at speed and did not stop to observe traffic coming from their right - or if they did, didn't deem it appropriate to stop and give way to a cyclist already on the roundabout - and continued to proceed onto the roundabout in front of me and turn left to accellerate away in my direction of travel.
