Some cars will not wait for cyclists

Whilst cycling along Wingfield road in Lanbradach this morning part of the road narrows and one side has to give way to the other side.  Traffic calming.  As I was approaching the calming area, I had right of way over on coming traffic.  A Red Ford Focus, reg no EX03 RLU decided not to wait for me to get through the road narrowing.  The video clearly shows how close this car is to me.
