Truck driver overtakes uphill blindly into oncoming traffic

A truck driver overtakes on the federal road B6 uphill in Schmiedeberg between Dresden and Bischofswerda on the solid line, i.e. in a no-overtaking section. That's there for a good reason, because whoever does that here will be overtaking in complete blind flight. And so the driver forces a promptly appearing motorist to the edge of the oncoming lane without even the slightest intention of slowing down and overtakes two cyclists dangerously close.
