Wrong side of the road on a bend

Approached the bend and a Shogun came round the corner on my side of the road. It's a long bend, the driver would have spent a long time on the wrong side of the road with0ut being able to see who might be coming. Police said no further action because there was no collision. Be lucky is their moto.
